Pflugerville's Mike Murphy Retires
I had to stop in Austin on the way home from the Great American Shootout in Dallas to play a little golf. The Annual Murphy Classic brings together many of Austin's coaching community. It signifies the end of a school year and is punctuated by great food and a beverage or two at Pflugerville Coach Mike Murphy's house. This year was a little different than most as it signified the end of an era as Murph takes his 500 plus wins and rides off into the sunset. He'll pass the reins to longtime Assistant David Raigosa.
