One of the finest early season tournaments of the season is taking place in Pasadena, TX during the next three days. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've ever missed being there live and in person. However, that won't keep me from giving quality updates on how the Austin & San Antonio teams are doing. In alphabetical order:
McDonald's Texas Invitational
Fort Bend Bush 48 Austin Westlake 40
Westlake did a good job of neutralizing 2012 P 6'10" Cameron Ridley but couldn't generate much offense of their own. No Chap reached double figures. 2013 PG Will Morse had 9 in the loss.

I'll head to see San Antonio Brennan today at the SACS Tournament. Coach Tommy Hines bunch has no seniors but he new school already has chemistry and talent in 2012 Christian Davis & 2013 PG Johnny Azzinarro.
