This game was of particular interest to me as two Mississippi D-1 Ambassadors team mates squared off in this contest. Ridgeland's LeAntwan Luckett, a 6'5" WG with "hops on top of his hops" had 18 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. The final steal with the game on the line resulted in a resounding dunk as time expired to seal the win. Luckett already has Baylor, Marquette, Ole Miss, Mississippi State and LSU all over him.

Canton was led by 2010 G DeMarcus Lewis who had 31 points. Lewis will be a great catch for some JuCo program. It was a tough loss but 2012 P McDarion Abron shows why Canton has a bright future. The big sophomore is 6'9" 240 lbs and still growing. He's a work in progress on the offensive end but can take care of business in the rebounding department. He scored 3 points and had 12 boards in the loss. The impressive part is that he's only been playing basketball for two years.
