Cold Night/Hot Basketball Performances in the CenTex

In a dominant performance, 3A Liberty Hill continues to build on what could be a special season as they thumped 5A Round Rock Westwood 97-48.  Westwood is not a terrible team either, it's just that Liberty Hill is that good.  There's a special player brewing at LH in 2013 F 6'7" Blake Danielak.  He's got the high end academics to go to a Rice/Stanford/Harvard environment and he shows the talent to support it.  Last night he had 32 points, 6 rebounds and 5 blocks in the win.  The other 2/3 of Liberty Hill's high octane offense comes from 2012 F Steven Graves who added 24 points/ 9 rebounds and 2013 PG Shane Lacaille who had 10 points and dropped 15 dimes.
Johhny Azzinarro of San Antonio Brennan put in major work vs San Antonio Lee as he had 35 points and 5 assists.

Marble Falls 44  Burnet 42
2014 W 6'4" Garrett Gray showing flashes of huge things to come as he had 22 last night in win over rival Burnet as Falls built a big lead then barely held on in the 4th.

San Antonio Reagan 57 San Antonio Brandeis  46
Reagan cooled Brandeis who were coming off a championship in the Seguin Tournament behind balanced scoring and a nice 21 point effort by by 2013 F D.J. MacLeay.  Brandeis star, 2013 G Justin Graham had 20 in the loss.

San Antonio Churchill 52  Converse Judson 44
Churchill had double digit scoring from 4 players to beat Judson in a matchup of two of the area's more dangerous teams.
