I had a chance on Friday to take in the Copperas Cove game as they hosted district rival Harker Heights. One of the players who really stood out was 2013 G Shawnte' Goff.

2013 G 5'7 Shawnte' Goff of Copperas Cove is a high quality player with loads of potential. Goff has tremendous athleticism coupled with a excellent skill set. The sophomore showed excellent ball handling, passing, and shooting skill.Her ability to create one on one may well be the best of anyone at the high school level. Each drive leads to positive results both off the pass or the finish. She has great range from the perimeter and will burn you from deep.Goff is quick with the ball but plays under control, and makes plays for teammates, tough defender with excellent lateral speed. College coaches should definitely take a look at Shawnte' as she will be a high quality prospect in the class of 2013
