September 18 Round Rock Stony Point Boys Preview

Coach Brian Route's Stony Point Tigers were a little short handed last night and difficult to judge as to how they might shape up. They lost a close game to Austin HS but were without a couple of key guys. At the high school level good guard play can take you a long way so based on that the Tigers should be competitive. Coach Route's key players should be as follows:

6'7" 2009 Teddy Williams Long, athletic kid who has grown 5" in the past year. 14-5A newcomer of the year 6'2" F 2010 Gerald Shilo. Also missing last night was Austin American Statesman Newcomer of the Year Chris Clement. The 6' 2010 PG is solid as a rock, and comes to work hard every single game. He is a coaches dream and has been a vital part of two Kingwood Classic Championship teams with the Texas D-1 Ambassadors.
