Texans In The McDonald's All American Games

LeBryan Nash
Congratulations to Dallas Lincoln's LeBryan Nash (shown below on ESPNU announcing hs commitment to Oklahoma State University) as he is the lone Texan selected to the McDonald's All American Game.  The 6'7" Nash can do it all; hit the three, and take it off the bounce, but what he does best is finish like a man around the rim.
Krysthal Forthan
The 6'4" Center from the Georgetown Eagles moved to Central Texas a year ago from Oregon. She quickly led the Eagles in scoring and rebounding.  She's signed with Louisiana State.

Cassie Peoples
The Houston Cy-Fair G has signed to play with the University of Texas Longhorns

Amber Orrange
The Houston Westbury Christian's star guard has signed with Stanford University

Amber Henson
The Tampa (FL) Sickles forward has signed with the Duke Blue Devils.  Henson attended Round Rock High as a freshman before moving to the Sunshine State.  Her brother, John who is a heralded sophomore for the University of North Carolina (a Texas D1 Ambassadors alum) was also a Mickey D's two years ago.  That should make for some interesting family dinners at the Henson Household as they vie for rivals on Tobacco Road.
